We're killing the Ursula Face Mask Quarantined Shirt Earth. Rapid change means it's less likely most species will be able to adapt to what we're doing in the long run. Insects don't escape that generality. Most will suffer, but some species will most likely flourish- those just are lucky enough to already be suited to survive increasing temps, new predators, etc. Anecdotally, I can say there are almost no insects stuck to any of my cars’ windshields.
