American, I can tell you that things here have been far from “normal” even for America. Shootings are up though the Life Is Just Better When I’m With My Trucker Shirt crimes are down, traffic fatality rates have increased though there is decreased traffic, even random fireworks in the middle of the night around neighborhoods (even in areas they are illegal).
